Broad Street Cafe Recap and Some Pics

Jeremy Blair From Effingham and Sequoya at Broad Street Cafe

Wow last night. I was feeling it...feeling weird with anticipation and eagerness. The snow crystallized last night as a moment in time. Broad Street was like an extra dimensional room within an empty void, a self-sustained space station whose inhabitants were resolved to their fate of being delicately social. You inhabitants were cool as ice too...I didn't want the night to end. Here is a secret, we closed Broad Street down. Early in the night I wasn't nervous at all like normal, just needed to get on that stage. I was so hyped by the time I got on stage to sing with Sequoya on "Weary" that all I could do was dance and hop around. I think I destroyed that poor microphone stand. At least, it will never be the same. Our set felt right, I've probably never felt as right. I'm going to estimate last night's crowd at 120 and every beautiful one of you were watching and listening. It's enough for us that everyone has a good time, when you are actually listening it freaks me out it's so awesome. Randall, holy shit you know the lyrics to "Mercy Proof" you are the man.
